I look forward to meeting as many parents and carers as is possible on the evening of Tuesday 25 June, when we hold our annual Year 7, Year 11 and Year 12 three way Parent(carer) – Teacher – Student evening.
These important meetings give an opportunity for the parents of Year 7 to meet their child’s teacher and get more insight into how they have settled into high school. Along with all Year 7 teachers, Ms Ford and Ms Bell, the two Year advisers, will be in attendance, as well as Mrs Sofo the Year 7 Deputy Principal.
For students in the senior school, it gives parents an insight to how their Year 11 son or daughter is progressing with the educational demands of the senior school, and the Preliminary Course expectations.
The Year 11 Course is made up of three terms, and we are now well over half way through the course. Along with all Year 11 teachers, Ms Deep and Mr Flaviano, the two Year Advisers, will be in attendance, as well as Ms Sofo, the Year 11 Deputy Principal.
For Year 12, we are approaching the last term of the HSC Course. It is a time for families to get advice about how to be best prepared for the last 10 weeks of Term 3, including preparation for the Trial HSC examinations. Along with all Year 12 teachers, Ms Ferguson and Mr Nicolls will be in attendance, along with Mr Evans, the Year 12 Deputy Principal.
