Refugee Week

Refugee Week is the time we as a nation recognise and celebrate the Refugees within our community. In order to support the Refugees within our community, Kingsgrove High School is running competitions, games, food stalls and more activities for students to get involved in at school. These activities and events will run at lunch time and will enable students to raise money for ‘The House of Welcome’, a charity that teaches Refugees cooking and catering skills in order to assist them in gaining employment. All students are encouraged to join the festivities and help raise money for this community charity.
