Farewell Message
The HSC trials are over and Year 12 students are coming to the realisation that our time at Kingsgrove High School is nearly over. On behalf of Year 12, we would like to take this opportunity to farewell the school community and thank you for your continued support during our years at KHS. It is ultimately your guidance that has shaped us as individuals.
This year, as Prefects, we have been given many opportunities to contribute to school events and support worthy charity causes. These opportunities have helped us to become more confident problem solvers and communicators. We valued each other’s strengths and worked cohesively as a team to achieve goals. It was fun and we laughed. We take these skills and attributes with us into our future.
Ms Harvey has told us that leadership is not only about what we do now, but the legacy that we leave behind. In this light, we wish to congratulate the newly elected Prefect Body of 2019, and wish them all the best in continuing to be positive role models and making a difference in the school.
To our fellow Year 12 students, we would like to congratulate you on all on achieving this milestone of High School graduation, and wish you the best of luck in the HSC and future endeavours. Trust that you will achieve all you wish to achieve, and forever remember the good times we had at Kingsgrove High School.
