Coffee! Coffee! Coffee !

Year 10 students had the opportunity to take part in a two day training in a ‘Food Hygiene and a Barista’ course at school and at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL.

This was an invaluable experience, students gained theorical and practical skills which will help them obtain part-time or full time work in the Hospitality industry in the future.

The students were buzzing with excitement. Plenty of coffees were sampled along the way, by the end of the practical training they learned how to make espressos, lattes, cappuccinos and many more coffees.
