Boys Open Knockout Basketball

Recently our boys open basketball knockout team played in the second round of the secondary school state knockout competition.

Our players, Year 12 students Angelo, Chris, Youssef, Kobie, Samuel, Paras, Kosta, Nicholas, Tamati and Year 11 student Daniel played against a very tough opposition in Cronulla High School. The boys displayed outstanding sportsmanship and team work and had a convincing win defeating Cronulla High School 65-52.  A special mention to Angelo who scored 18 points, and to Nicholas who scored 16 points in the game.

The team now progresses to Round 3 and 4 of the competition with a Central venue day on Thursday 21 March to be held at Sutherland basketball stadium.
