This week Year 10 students had the opportunity to take part in a 'Food Hygiene and a Barista workshop', a two day training course at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL.
This was an invaluable and fun experience, students gained theoretical and practical skills which will help them obtain future part-time or full time work in the Hospitality Industry.
The students were buzzing with excitement. Plenty of coffees were sampled along the way, by the end of the practical training they learned how to make espressos, lattes, cappuccinos and many more coffees.
