The 2021 Prefect body has now been selected. As the Prefect coordinator, I am proud of the efforts that they have made to achieve their leadership roles thus far. I am confident that all of them are more than capable of rising to the challenges that leadership necessarily brings.
The experience of being a Prefect will be transformative for them. Through service, each Prefect will come to understand his or her strengths. All will grow in confidence and, I am certain, all will give back to the Kingsgrove High School community.
The Prefects have been introduced to the school and, in due course, will receive their blazers, ties and badges and then take on their subsequent duties. They should feel confident that they are not alone. They will be assisted along the way by staff and supported by parents.
I would like to congratulate all of them on their achievement.
